The inn is very quiet and comfortable with a beautiful roof top terrace that has a great view of Trinity Church Newport Harbor. The rooms are quiet and clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are small. The continental breakfast is not fancy, but the room is very cozy, on the top floor a few steps from the terrace. The inn is conveniently located within walking distance of all attractions at Newport Harbor.

This quaint old Newport hotel is a lot of fun for couples. It has great tradition and the hosts are very friendly and hepful. The patio on the deck is great for breakfasts and evenings. Pilgrim House is located next to one of the best stocked small wine shops in the world and it is so pleasant choosing a bottle with the help of the proprietor and sharing it on the hotel rooftop. Next time we'll be teaming the wine with some (incredibly cheap) Newport lobster fresh from the lobster shack!
The rooms are squeezy and not for the fussy or the luxury hounds. The cost seems a little pricey but maybe that's just Newport on a summer week-end!

Strongly recommend for a two-day stay
Beautiful room, amazing rooftop terrace, with a lovely breakfast served each morning on the deck overlooking the scenic area and convenient access to nearby sights thanks to the off-site parking option.

There is nothing we didn't like about Pilgrim House.

The location was fantastic. Parking, while not available right at the Inn, was 2 blocks away and still very convieninet. The breakfasts was fresh and the coffee was very good too.
The Inn is an old house so you do hear a lot of what is going on with the other guests. You hear them talking, going up and down the stairs and you hear a lot of street noise as well. Lots of loud young adults who have had a few drinks (or 12) and yelling in the streets to each other at 1:30am on Spring Street.

This is a charming inn that is centrally located to the main downtown. Our trip was during f Jazz Fest, so being able to not have to rely on your car was a plus. When we did drive, it was great that the inn offered its own free parking lot. The owners were very personable, looking to help the guests plan their day..

The Queen Room was super comfy and spacious! I loved that I could adjust the A/C exactly how I wanted. They had a fridge too, a nice bonus. The only downside was that it was a bit loud at times-not the inn's fault, though, just some guests being noisy. Really pleasant stay!
